Hope that everyone had a blessed Thanksgiving. It was great to be in the house of the Lord yesterday. Although attendance was down, we heard a challenging and encouraging message which will be highlighted later this week.
Some prayer needs mentioned were:
Frances P. - he was taken to the hospital yesterday with fluid build up and having trouble breathing. He is home now, but continues to need our prayers.
Gene B. is at home, in a back brace recovering from his accident. He is in good spirits, but could use your continued prayers.
Caroline M. took a pretty bad fall yesterday and is very sore.
Several in our church family are sick. If those who usually sit around you were not there, give them a call, let them know they were missed!
Remember the Family Meal and Prayer this Wednesday at 6:00 PM. This is a covered dish meal followed by youth Bible study, M&Ms which are practicing for the Christmas program and adult prayer meeting. Make plans to come out and enjoy some great fellowship and Christian encouragement.
