Love God and love those around you. That was the legacy Jesus left behind.
We should be encouraged to do likewise.
Legacy of Loving God:
It begins with a legacy of loving God completely, with all of our heart, soul, mind and strength. That is the first commandment - a passage of Scripture easy to say, but difficult to live out.
"Many talk the walk, but few walk the talk."
Legacy of Loving Others:
Fond remembrances usually do not include work or money, but of acts of love. People don't care how successful we are - they simply notice how much they are loved.
Everyone leaves a legacy - for good or for bad. To leave a Christi like legacy - footprints that last - we must receive and be continually filled with Christ. He teaches us how to love Him and in turn love others.
