Boys and girls of Antioch will discover that they can encourage local residents and help build the kingdom of God when they participate in Children’s Ministry Day 2010 on Saturday, February 20.
Children’s Ministry Day 2010 will give kids an opportunity to minister to people with housing-related needs through a variety of hands-on service projects. On this day, boys and girls from thousands of churches across North America will collectively minister and witness in their communities as they positively impact the lives of others.
Kids of Antioch are planning to meet at the church at 1:15 PM and go to a local church member's home to do some yard work and clean up. Adults are welcome to come and encourage the kids as they embrace an opportunity to help others. They will be back at the church and ready to be picked up at 3:30 PM.
